The Sexual Harassment Act of Women at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition,Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH ACT) was enacted to ensure safe working place for women and to build enabling work environment that respects women’s right to equality and status of opportunity. All workspaces in India are mandated by law to provide safe and secure working environment free from sexual harassment for women. The Internal Complaint Committee of the college caters to the any complaint reported in this respect responsibly and addresses the grievances in respect of the harassment at workplace in a time bound manner.
